Now we integrated SMTP with Jira , so any mail came to a specific Domain , automatically opens a ticket on a project on Jira service Management , but anyone send mail to this specific domain must have an account on Jira to make their mails reflected as a new ticket/Issue
So , is it must to signup on Jira to read them as a reporter on their ticket ? or can anyone send mail and their mail be read on Jira and open a new ticket without signing up ?

What you are asking about is configurable in the Jira Service Management Customer Access section.
The Portal Access section allows you to configure if users can create tickets without an account.
The final checkbox allows you to configure if the customer can submit and access their tickets without signing in.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
