Hi! I wanted to attach a Google docs in my form. This way the customer download the doc, make the modifications needed and then submit again by attaching.

Is it possible for JSM cloud?

Hi @Mariana Silveira Sales ,

You can put this link to the Instructions area which you can configure for your request form. It can be especially useful, if you have different documents for different request types.

Remember to add the Attachment field to the request form, so your customer will be able to upload this file.
