In the customer center a customer can list all their requests. An example are the listing below showing some sample requests created by me:
We have a custom field in our next gen service desk. It contains information about in which release a certain feature will be available.
Is it possible to make this custom field accessible in this table?
I can make it visible in the request itself (if I also allow the customer to edit it – which defeats the purpose), but not in the overview listing.
Thanks for reading and for your help!
this is not currently possible. while you can display them in the detail issue view you cannot configure the table/list.
Ok, thank you for your reply. Unfortunate, but I suppose it is what it is.
Do you happen to know where would be a good place to raise such a feature request in the hopes that someone someday implements this feature?

nope and IMO the portal could benefit w/ some major refactoring. A kick-ass portal would really go a long way toward taking JSD up a notch.

Hi,
You can try with an app we made - Advanced Portal Reports - it will allow you to show any custom field in a report, also sort, move columns around, export to CSV, etc.
Cheer,
Boyan
