So for my client, they want Julie to be added to all tickets that come from their company into Jiria Service desk. I looked at the custom rule but do not see an option for "T
Request participants" or an option that says company = X
It doesn't seem to be possible through basic Jira Service Desk Automation, but is it possible through Automation for Jira (LITE), but read below....
When: Issue created
If: Reporter is in (organisation)
Then: Edit issue fields Request Participant, add Julie.
Automation for Jira (LITE) / full licence has recently been pulled from the Marketplace, but should one day be incorporated into Jira. I am not sure when though.
Perhaps the community can comment when the better automation will be made available.
