Is there a way to create JIRA issues by email setting up basic fields like priority or issue type?

I have enabled the general handler for a specific project, that's fine, but I would like to set up priority, component, label or issue type (since I need another handler to create other issue types).

 

Cloud version 7.12

Thanks Jack, I was looking something OOTB, I will take a look to the available addons, maybe somebody could recommend one.

not OOTB but you could consider an addon. I know some folks that use the Enhanced Email Handler and have had good luck. There are others to so I definitely recommend you research/trial a few.
