We use MS Teams for incident swarming. I have setup the Atlassian ChatOps so we can create an MS Teams meeting or chat channel linked with our ticket.
What I find is that everyone operates in the Teams chat, and no one posts internal notes to the ticket. It means at the end of a major incident we have to manually extract the timeline of events from the Teams chat to populate the incident timeline in a Post Incident Review.
I am wondering if anyone has seen a marketplace item, customisation or feature request to have posts in MS teams show up as Internal comments on a linked JSM ticket?
