Hi
The SLA goal limit of our Jira SM project is shown as 30, we need to add more SLA goals to meet the customer expectations.
It would be highly appreciated if you could help me with the steps to increase the limit?
Thanks in advance for your answers.
BR,
Nithya
Yes. You can reach out to Atlassian Support and they should increase for you. I did. However, I would also carefully inspect your SLA needs. Often times things can be combined into fewer rules.

@Jack Brickey I am having 2 more questions, it would be great if you can respond.
Do we need to upgrade current subscription/license to increase the limit?
How much they increased for you? Is there any upper limit they are suggesting?

cool. I have been in the SLA abyss on a new project, whittling down 50 goals to 20. I had to create a spreadsheet to analyze the 3D data. ;-)

Hi @Nithya Vineesh ,
You can try Time to SLA to circumvent this issue. It doesn't have a limit on how many SLAs you can define. It is easy to use and has novel features such as SLA reset, SLA target date custom field, and detailed reporting.
You can generate reports with a large number of issues with our asynchronous report feature so that you can track your SLA progress over time.
You can generate SLA data for your existing issues with the SLA for existing issues feature so that you won't miss a beat!
You can use Time to SLA in your Service Desk, Software, and Business projects.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
Cheers,
Gökçe

Hi,
I am the product manager for SLAs in JSM. We recently released an EAP that let's you increase the SLA goal capacity by grouping SLA using priority.
In addition to increased goal limits, you also get a better user experience for managing your SLAs. You can read more about it on the link below!

If there is anyone else interested to have the time goal to be increased, I've raised Atlassian Feature request here. Feel free to vote on it and comment on your use case
