Looking for a way to create new IT support tickets through teams for Jira Service Management

Hi, Kalyan here. I too face the same issue.
Yes, i added. and i m able to raise a ticket and check all tickets status.
But i m unable to add the same in my colleague's Teams app, where i want to check, if he can raise the ticket from MS Teams itself, without opening JIRA.
