When a Request is been raised and a few comments have been added you always need to scroll down to get into the details of the request.
Is there a way to put the Details on top of the page, preferable without the use of additional add ons?

Hello Laura,
Do you mean to re-order the comments so that the newest are at the top? Because by default any fields you wish to display within the ticket will be at the top above any of the comments.

In the JIRA system we are indeed used to have summary, description, fields etc at the top followed by the comments and the actions taken.
From a customer perspective in the JIRA Service Management system. The details are at the bottom of the page and the latest comment at the top.
I think I prefer the details at the top followed by the comments in which the latest is at the top of the list.
