Hi
So i have had a look and cannot find an answer.
Is there a way to see the database of users that have been added to the request participants section and then delete the incorrect ones. From my check it is a custom field but i cannot see how i can edit the huge list so i can keep it clean and remove incorrect email addresses.
For instance i have one person who has 3 accounts, with one correct, one spelt incorrectly and one that is an old email address. These are though all selectable so this can mean incorrect accounts are being added on to a ticket. I'd like to clean this up.
Thanks
Hi! I have this issue too. There is a distribution list email like "help@xyz.com" that somehow ended up with a person's name. People are tagging this incorrect account because they only see the name, and it's causing a lot of emails to go out to the distribution list rather than the account that should be getting the emails.
Were you able to find a way to remove that account entirely? I deleted them as a customer and removed it from all fields in Jira, but it still shows as an option in request participants.
