Have had several people contact me today about creating an account. We have turned on the ability for customers with approved email domains to setup their own account
Seems like the issue is that once they receive an email to enter a full name and a password, they click the sign up button and the button doesn't do anything.
Is this a known issue?
I've heard similar issues recently, I believe you're not alone. It seems there might be a bug but it is not confirmed as an incident yet (as far as I know). I'd recommend asking the users to try using a different browser or switching to private/incognito mode. If that doesn't help (or in both case) it might be worth reporting to Atlassian support.
Thanks @Tuncay Senturk _Snapbytes_ - seems to have resolved itself. I've never ran into that issue before, so was concerned it was a larger outage. I'll try your steps and reach out to support if it happens again!
