Hi,
I am trying to define a webhook that is called whenever a Jira story is updated. But it looks like the documentation below is outdated. My Jira interface (v8.20.7) looks quite different.
https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/service-desk/automation-webhooks/
Do you guys have an updated documentation?
Thanks
Yusuf
Hi @Yusuf Koer ,
the link you mentions is for a retired automation engine, you should use the new Automation for Jira.
Regarding webhooks, you can have a look at the latest documentation : https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-automation-triggers/#Incoming-webhook
Let me know if this helps,

But I want Jira to call my service as soon as a change occurs. Aren't incoming webhooks the other way around?
