Is there any add-on that can add additional fields to the Project Detail screen?

Hello everyone,

I am currently using Jira Service Management (Cloud, Standard). I have noticed that the Project Details screen only displays a few pieces of information such as Name, Project Key, Team Type, URL, etc.

I would like to add new fields such as Project Start Date, Project End Date, Budget, Manager, etc.

Currently, I have not found any add-on that supports this feature, so I would appreciate any recommendations if you know of an add-on or a way to achieve this.Project Details screen.png

Thanks,

Hello @Tran Van Huu ,

With Projectrak, you can take Jira project management to the next level. This powerful Atlassian Marketplace app allows you to create and manage project-level fields—such as health, priority, timelines, or stakeholders—giving you complete visibility and control over your projects. Thanks to Projectrak, you can centralize key project information, boost collaboration, and make better decisions right inside Jira. Discover more here: Projectrak on Atlassian Marketplace

Hi Tran, by default Jira Service Management Cloud doesn’t allow adding custom fields directly to the Project Details screen. One of the best options is Projectrak (formerly Profields), which lets you add fields like start date, end date, budget, and manager. You can check it here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212130/projectrak-project-tracking-for-jira. Another workaround is to create a “Project Metadata” issue type with custom fields and link it to the project.

Hi @Tran Van Huu ,

You can add such information using our app Perspective | Custom Attributes for Jira. For every information, you can add field and present it in the table which collects all your projects or on issue view.

I would love to organize demo session if you want - just book slot via calendly.com/appsvio.
