Our Mobility for Jira apps support Jira Assets. You can view, edit, and attach Assets to issues. Here is a tutorial video that shows some of the functionality: https://youtu.be/lvS_19m_UhA

If you want to give it a try:

1. Download Mobility for Jira from the Atlassian Marketplace

2. Install either our iOS or Android app on your mobile

No, it is a paid third-party app from the Atlassian Marketplace. Their is a 30-day free trial period though to test it out.
