Hi @Aimee Paung welcome to the community,

I believe noreply@am.atlassian.com address is a valid Atlassian email address but better to be safe and not click any links from the email if there are any since it can be spoofed or a service can be abused to send messages from the domain. Safer to navigate directly to https://admin.atlassian.com/ to check the billing tab or if you have an account representative to communicate with. I believe with a standard plan you should be able to submit a support ticket to Atlassian to inquire
