Issue is Closed customer reactes back to reopend

Hello,

How do I create a automation so that when customers respond to the issue in the service portal, it automatically reopens or goes to another status?

Hi and welcome to the Community!

Such a rule might look like this:

  • Trigger on Comment added (and comment is the main action)
  • Condition if the user who put the comment is the reporter of the issue
  • Action transition the issue
