Issue with Forge and docker - localhost didn’t send any data

I then run 'forge tunnel' to debug locally. Everything looks fine and I receive the 'listening to requests' message.

But when I browse to localhost:8000 I receive a 'localhost didn’t send any data' response.

I have uninstalled and re-installed docker and tried on 2 different laptops. Any ideas?
