For some days, I have been trying to understand how one approaches recurring tasks for JIRA cloud.
By reading through the questions in the community I have seen the following suggestions:
My goal is to eventually move our non-technical users from Asana to JIRA. I definitely do not want to introduce a 3rd party plugin for this, and automation feels like an overkill for non-technical users.
In Asana, I can create a task (ticket) and do this, with a simple point and click
Is this something that can be achieved in Jira, with the same level of ease?

unfortunately, there is no such option. I checked for existing Feature requests in JAC but couldn't even find any regarding Jira (JAC Search for keyword "recurring")
Feel free to open up a suggestion there or contact the Atlassian Support regarding this. They can create a suggestion for sure.
