I've a little question for the suport.
I have login in my Atlassian Account in Bitrix but if I try to open some ticket or to find opened ticket, the integration doesn't work. In Jira Service Desk i see bitrix integration and all permissions are allowed.
Someone can help me?
The connection is initiated from Bitrix24 side. You may reach out to Bitrix24 Support so that they should be able to check and help you understand what's causing the issue.
