JQL for daily report

Hello Community,

We need a JQL that will give us an export of results, between 05:30 to 05:30 the next day, so it starts 05:30 AM today and ends 05:30 AM tomorrow.
How can I write this JQL using the startofday()?

I propose to create a filter with a query, e.g. created> = -24h, save it and then set a subscription on it every day at 5:30 AM.
