Hello,
Is there a way to report on site visits or unique user logins on the JSD customer portal? We're getting ready to do a round of corporate training with our end users so we would like to get a benchmark now and compare it to our utilization over the next few months.
In short, there is no simple way to report on unique logins or site visits.
However if you are a Jira Administrator, you will be able to see in a rough and tumble way when a customer last logged in by visiting the page Administration - Jira Service Desk and looking at the column Last Active.
What will your Customer Portal be used for?
If 1, you can click into Knowledge Base from Jira Service Desk project and look at the views column against each of your knowledge base posts to get an idea how many people are viewing the posts.
If 2 you'll know who you've invited to the customer portal and you'll see how many requests are being logged? per day, week or month. At present you would be at Zero.

Hey Mike sorry for the delay, 2020 was..... interesting.
To answer your questions, we're using it for both KB as well as customer requests. Thanks again!
