Hi All
In previous months I have used automation within JSM, on submission of a new form to open a Trello Card on an external Trello Board, attach a PDF copy of the Form Responses pdf and attach a copy of the email produced on submission.
In the last couple of weeks my external has advised me that the PDF is no longer being attached to the Trello card and if they click on the link to the PDF that is contained within the attached email, they get the following message:
{"errorMessages";[You do not have permission to view attachment with id: xxxxxx"],"errors";{}}
Anyone have any suggestions why this might be?
Thanks
Jason
Hi Marc
I figured it was a permissions issue, given the error message but I have asked my IT team and theys say they have done nothing and I have asked my JSM Admin and he also says he has done nothing!
I am stumped!
Check the audit logs in Jira, to be sure.
It's a permission issue, it can't be anything else.

Have there been any permission changes applied on the Jira (JSM project side)?
