JSM not working

I am having issues with JSM as it is displaying an error message, which is shown in the attached screenshot.

According to https://status.atlassian.com/ all systems are operational. 

• Have you cleared your cache?
• Have you also started JSM using incognito mode in the browser?
• Have you logged out and logged in again?
• Which browser are you using?
