JSM x Slack

Hi All,

Today [1/27/25[ we are having problems with the Slack integration and keep receiving the same slack messages 4 or 5 times within JSM queu and Slack.

Anyone else having this issue?

There’s nothing on either of the status pages:

It was likely a temporary glitch.
