Jira API Permission Question

Hi,

I added permissions for users and groups in the global permission settings, but when calling the '/rest/api/2/users/search' API, an error occurs due to lack of permissions. Isn't it possible to call the API after setting global permissions? Please tell me what else I need to do.

If you're able to access it via the web browser, I would recommend checking the token used. If necessary, you can generate a new token by following the steps below:
