please help me. I've got new SD instance, and as agent (and admin) I do not receive notification about new issue. I've checked settings, and there is everything as should be. I've checked with notification helper and it said that i receive emails, but I have not. There is nothing in my spam folder also.
Request came from API and it is set that Assignee is automated added - that's me. So help me please.

Have you checked out the steps in this documentation?
In my experience, mail notification problems occur 80% of the time because of this:
By default JIRA will not send you email notifications about your own changes.
I recommend you check this one out. Also, if it's not one of these, I suggest you create a ticket to Atlassian about the problem.
