Jira Service Desk Cloud - Enrich Customer

Hallo everybody,

we have a simple but strong need to enhance the Customer Profiles in JSD Cloud. 

We want to see some additional data like:

- Phone Number

- Department

... and additionaly on organizations:

- Adress

Is there any add-in allowing this? What can you recommend here?

Hi @Hannes ,

In the native Jira Service Desk, you can't collect any more information than email, name, and surname. It's possible using our app Customer Details for Jira Service Management which is available for all JSM hostings.
