Hi,
Since few days I'm not able to create new Jira Service Desk Next-Gen project.
As you can see below, the Service Desk templates are not shown as it was previously.
I have a free license for Jira Service Desk and only one classic service desk project already set (the demo project).
I checked the Atlassian services status page, everything is operational.
Am I the only one with this issue ?
Ok I found the answer far away on an old post : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/How-do-I-create-a-next-gen-service-desk-project/qaq-p/1046254
Check the follwing page link to activate the Service Desk Next-Gen project : https://<unique subdomain>.atlassian.net/jsd-next-gen
Everything is documented here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/get-early-access-to-the-next-gen-jira-service-desk-experience/
Hi @Jonathan , you might need to enable it manually:
