JIRA Service Desk is compatible with Salesforce and Zendesk
This is a query from our clients so that they can connect their Salesforce and Zendesk with PPS Jira Service desk system.
Is it feasible and how can we achieve this?
Hi Izabella,
Yes, it is very feasible to connect JSD with Zendesk and Salesforce. There are marketplace apps to help you achieve just this :)
This is Majid, pre-sales engineer @ Exalate.
It is very possible to fully synchronize Zendesk with Salesforce and JSD bi-directionally. Using Exalate, you can connect and sync these systems within minutes. We offer different configuration types whereby you can choose the Visual connection to set up the sync using a no-code approach, or choose our unique scripting engine which gives you God-like powers to control the integration at a granular level.
Please feel free to book a demo with us if you are interested in seeing the product in action.
Thanks
Majid

Hi. I hope you have found a solution to your question. Just want to make a proposition (or an alternative approach to the one you're currently using).
My name is Diana and I am a solutions architect at ZigiWave. Our no-code integration platform ZigOps will help you seamlessly integrate Jira SD with Salesforce, Zendesk and other popular systems available on the market - in under 5 minutes. It allows the transfer of default fields (incident, task, bug, story, etc) + custom fields between the systems and syncs them in real-time. Our tool reads the schema dynamically and can transfer any fields.
Feel free to check it out and keep it in mind if you ever need to make the integration again. If you want to see how it works in action: book a technical demo.

Hi Izabella,
There are a number of apps that can be used.
ServiceRocket produce two apps (1, 2) for Jira integration, which does more than the free Atlassian app (might be enough for you).
Exalate is my recommendation for Zendesk + Servicenow as a top vendor, however there are others which you should be able to trial for a short period of time.
Connectall is the only universal app which connects to both CRM (Salesforce) and to service desk tools (Zendesk + Servicenow) - https://www.connectall.com/integration/, however, I haven't used it personally and can't vouch for it.
Check out the other marketplace apps available here:
All the best :)
