Hi Jira Team,
We’ve noticed that despite the current configuration (as shown in the attached screenshot), which restricts invites for the Jira Service Management product, users are still being prompted to send invites to the Service Desk product.
We have not been onboarding any new users to Jira Service Management, but it seems they are still being added to the Jira Service Board. Could you please check why this is happening and advise on how we can prevent this moving forward?
