Thanks,

Hi @Rajan Dangol

You can use the blocklist feature, please check doc:

Add a domain or email address to your blocklist

  1. From your service project, select Project settings, then Channels & self service, then Email.

  2. Select More () > Manage blocklist.

  3. Select + Add email address or domain.

  4. Enter the domain name (do not include @), or the specific email address you want to block.

  5. Select Save ().

Best regards

Sam

Hi Sam,

Thanks, is there a way to upload in bulk instead of adding them individually?

Kind Regards,

Rajan

I think this process still allows customers from registering to portal even if I have added a block list.

Hello @Rajan Dangol,

Allow me to share with you that site administrators or organization administrators can manage the access settings for Internal (Atlassian account) and External (Portal-only account) customer accounts on your site by following the steps below:

  • From the top right of your screen, select Settings > Products > Under Jira Service Management, select Customer access

On this page, you can configure approved domains for both account types, allowing only the domains you want to create accounts on your instance.

Please note that the Customer access settings affect all the service projects on your site.

More details about customer permissions can be found in the following document:

Hi @Rajan Dangol , in addition to what @Samuel Gatica _ServiceRocket_ said, you can also add to the Allowlist the specific email domains you want to allow. Use the same steps as Samuel provided but in Step 3, choose Manage allowlist and then add the domains you want to allow. Specifying domains for both block and allow will help mitigate the risk of unwanted customers/users getting to your ticketing system.

If you have JSM Premium, there is also an option to allow only specific IP addresses, https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/specify-ip-addresses-for-product-access/ .
