Jira server to jira cloud ticket migration only

Hi there, I would like to ask you about some addon or app that will migrate only tickets (including comments, attachments) without any transaction, etc...

Our problem:

We have a partner and who historically hosted Jira for our company, but now we will leave them and we need to migrate tickets from their Jira SD (server ver. 7.2.x) to our Jira cloud. The main problem is, that we are not project admins or server admins. Is it any way, how to clone tickets to our project without admin rights?

Hi @Marek Daniel , 

if you are not Jira admin on your current Jira instance, then the only way to migrate your data would be to do a CSV export. This way you get a file that you can re-import in another Jira instance.

Keep in mind that you will only have the issue data : you will need to recreate the projects to import the issue into, and all filters/boards/dashboards.
