Hello people of the community.

Is there anyone here that knows why the sla is running when the service request is set on pending and waiting for vendor or waiting for approval?

Is there anyway to turn this off?

Hello,

Did you pause the SLA on those statuses ?

Go to project settings -> SLAs -> Edit your SLA and select those statuses on The Pause on column.
