Limit access to specific users to specific projects in Jira Cloud

hello! 

I wanted to know if it is possible to restrict the permissions of an specific group of us users to specific projects in jira cloud. 

The thing is that we need to let them add comments or attachments for example, so for the comments section we can leave the permission as it is, so users can still add comments?
