Link confluence document to service desk

Hi,

I need something like this, when customer come into service desk portal and choose any customer request type there will one field like "confluence document", there will be a document template which must be filled by requester and save in confluence. is this possible ?

You need to develope it by yourself. I don't think any add-on in the marketplace do something like that. Maybe you look for it better than me:

Anyway, maybe you can use some addon to have a rich text field on the service desk portal (so the user can get a feedback on the format he is giving to the document) and then add a post function to make a REST request to Confluence; or add attachments on your form request and then add them to a Confluence page using REST... but you will need to develope it yourselfe or find someone who can do it
