I am looking at getting labels linked to users.
We have multiple business units and i want to split users by business unit and apply a label when they create a ticket.
Happy to get peoples advice on best way to achieve
A custom field for the business unit would be my recommendation, I've found sometimes labels get tricky to query when there are multiple labels, but might be okay depending on how you plan to use it.
Would it be a small number of users you're individually applying labels for? an automation rule like this should work.
