How to make connection from jira of X company to jira of Y company?

Is it  possible?

Yes, this is possible. You must first application link both Jira instances.

Then you can start to issue link issues from two different Jira instances:

Firstly, thank you for your answer. 

I mean , I'm a technical specilast (DBA) and I use jira in my company also my customer uses jira in their company too.

Can I make a connection per my jira to their jira to control their system?
