Looking for Crumbs Replacement - export Customer Details

We currently use Crumbs to maintain customer information. Crumbs is being retired and we are looking into Customer Service Management (CSM).

CSM seems to have most of what we are looking for as we can add customer details. However, there does not seem to be an easy way to export the customer details into a csv. 

Does anyone know of a solution where we can export customer details into a csv file or some other file type for review.

I had to export some customer information from my instance and used a trial of this:

Customer&Organization Management-customer context for agents | Atlassian Marketplace

Not sure if it will do exactly what you're looking for, but I know it can export to csv.
