We are assigning work items to our own corporate electrical and mechanical technicians. After the work item is finished they have to fill out a form with cost type, cost center, tracked time, used material for our internal cost center management.
Is there any app where we can set up cost types, cost centers, articles with prices (working hour for 80 €/ hr) ?
We want to export the reports by the end of the month and import the list in Microsoft Business Central ERP-software.
Background: Our users create tickets for tasks to be completed, we check these tickets in the office and release them to the technicians. They complete the work and the tickets and then manually write these reports, which we then have to post-process and book order by order into our erp system on the correct cost centers.
