Marketplace App for working log with cost center and articles

We are assigning work items to our own corporate electrical and mechanical technicians. After the work item is finished they have to fill out a form with cost type, cost center, tracked time, used material for our internal cost center management.

Is there any app where we can set up cost types, cost centers, articles with prices (working hour for 80 €/ hr) ?

We want to export the reports by the end of the month and import the list in Microsoft Business Central ERP-software.

Background: Our users create tickets for tasks to be completed, we check these tickets in the office and release them to the technicians. They complete the work and the tickets and then manually write these reports, which we then have to post-process and book order by order into our erp system on the correct cost centers.

  • Build monthly reports: Generate detailed reports grouped by cost center, technician, or project, with summaries for tracked time, costs, and materials. Have those reports send by email on a scheduled timeline or retrieve them via API.
  • Export data: Reports can be exported to Excel/CSV, which you can then import into Microsoft Business Central for your ERP workflows.

This way, the manual step of writing reports order by order is removed — the data is logged once in Jira, automatically aggregated in reports, and exported at the end of the month for posting into your ERP.

I think the Tempo app family could solve all these, for example use accounts for cost centers.
