Hellou everyone.

The customer prospect wants to migrate their historical tickets and current customer information to JSD, the current tool they have is Service Management Service Desk CA broadcom.

Is there a process to migrate the information (all or some) or what recommendation can I give to the client?

Thansk in Advanced.

Hi @Angel Hernández

Welcome to the community.

The option the customer can you, if the current tool is able to export information to CSV.

This will need to be adjusted in a way that Atlassian JSD can understand and import the information.

More on how-to use the CSV import can be found here.

@Angel Hernández -

Welcome to the community.  Does your client already using JSM product (i.e. currently in the Server/DC env) and want to migrate to JSM Cloud?  If so, it is simpler to conduct the migration into Cloud.  However, regardless which platform is migrating to JSM Cloud, I would recommend you to refer to the following Atlassian references on Cloud migration -

https://support.atlassian.com/migration/resources/

https://www.atlassian.com/migration

Hope this helps.
