I might be overlooking this but in a certain JSM premium instance I do not see the Post Incident Review work category. And I don't see the "create PIR" button on incidents.
Does anyone know if I need to enable this somewhere? I don't remember doing that in other instances.
I think it depends on the template used to create the project. As far as I can remember you can enable PIR going to project settings>Features>Enable PIR, you'll probably need to create/assign a request to the category.
