×Good day,
I work at a clinical laboratory, and I want to implement a service desk within our organization. I am currently setting up a service desk specifically for tickets related to the laboratory department. However, in the IT area, I also want to set up a separate service desk for all Support and Maintenance tickets for the entire company.
The first service desk will have 6 agents, and the second will have another 6 completely different agents. In the second service desk, I will also include Asset Management, and I understand that Asset Management requires a Premium license.
My question is: within the same instance (laboratory.atlassian.net), do I need to purchase Premium licenses for all 12 agents, or is it possible to have two different projects where I pay for 6 Standard licenses and 6 Premium licenses?
Thank you in advance for your clarification.

Yes, within the same JSM instance every agent has to be on the sam plan, you cannot mix the plans. What you can do is having JSM Premium and Jira Standard for example.
Hello Mikael,

@Mikael Sandberg Would it be possible to get a link to the Atlassian document that details this information?

@Marc Cote It is probably called out in the license agreement. The subscription plan is on the app level, the the cost is based on the number of users you have. You can check out the Licensing FAQ here.
