Hello I am looking for a way to create a tired SLA notification and reminder. The project that I am working needs to have an hourly comment added while the incident is open. What I am looking to build is something that would work like this IE Issue created ->at the end of 1 hour if a comment has not been added send an alert to the creator of the issue. Also I would like this to repeat once the comment has been added until the issue is resolved or closed IE 12;30 issue opened, 1:20 comment added, 2:30 comment not added alert sent, 2:35 comment added, 3:00 issue resolved.
Any help is appreciated.
