Hi,
I have a bot a company and team managed Service Management projects and I want to hide some resolution codes, but my project is not showing up when I go to scriptrunner and behaviour
I checked that the project rights were correct for Project Browse and if my user was an admin or agent, which is all correct
Not sure if you have any ideas what else I can check ?
Why use scriptrunner.
You could set this on the transition property, if you use a transition screen.
jira.field.resolution.exclude
jira.field.resolution.include
For both accepted values are, Resolution IDs. Add them comma-separated where you want to show only certain resolutions.
Note, Edit and Transition permissions are also required
Yes to @Marc - Devoteam ´s suggestion and (if there is a special reason why it still needs to be done in scriptrunner)...
according to how your pemission scheme is configured it´s not only your user that needs access but also add-on-access (see screenshot).
Could you try to configure like this and let us know if this solves the problem?
Thanks in advance.
Best
Stefan
