We have a requierement that when ever we recieve an email for the cloudwatch alert in our outlook mailbox , imediatley a P1 incident ticket is created in our jira service management portal .

This can be achieved by configuring an email handler in Jira to create requests from incoming emails. You can then set up rules in your email client (Outlook) to forward CloudWatch alert emails to the specific email address associated with the Jira Service Management project. Once the email channel is set up and the rules are configured, incoming CloudWatch alert emails will automatically create P1 incident tickets in your Jira Service Management portal.
