Hi all,

i'm new about this wonderful product and i'm getting crazy about these 3 things to do:

- Is it possibile to upload from a file (csv, txt or similar) new kinds of ticket (new groups, new names and fields of the specific ticket)?

- Is it possibile to open a specific kind of ticket (not only email request) by sending an email in a specific format (i mean by typing in the body info about all fields of the ticket)?

- Is it possibile to apply an "home page" with all the known incident getting this info from all opened/pending tickets with INCIDENT type (like https://news.gandi.net/en/category/simple-hosting-en/incidents/)
