Earlier in the year I added a few new users to Trello and they did not receive the email to confirm their email address. I have tried several times to request a resend of emails without success.
I have logged in as them and requested resend as well
Any users I created recently have been OK.
Hi @Keith OBrien is it possible that these emails have been blocked by another application?
This may be something you need to reach out to Trello support directly for.

Hi Meg no response to my email from Trello helpdesk. Also I have spent ages looking at email logs and none of the missing emails are hitting our exchange server.
