New webhook connected to a workflow not working.

Hi All, 

I have created a new webhook. I want it to be triggered only when a reporter chooses apecific category in the field and when the ticket is approved (comes to status WORK IN PROGRESS).

1. When creating webhook  - I added JQL   ( Project = , category = ) and didn't mark anything (no checkbox choice)

2. In the Workflow,in the transition to the status WORK IN PROGRESS , I have set to send a webhook  in postfunctions.

What I could have missed that It does not work?

Have you configured the webhook itself in System>Webhooks in addition to configuring the post function in your workflow?
