Does anyone know how to get JIRA Service Desk to create a ticket when there is no message body in the email? Sometime clients only include a subject line no message body in their emails.

The error is occurring because the field Description in your Request Type / Type for email is required (mandatory).
You need to change this field configuration removing the required setting.

I found where the setting is. That did fix the issue. Thank you for your response. I appreciate the help and guidance.
