Not able get the verification link

Hello Team,

Trying to connect for payment for 5 agents for a month with mail id - jira.admin@nixcelsoft.com

Not able receive the verification link on my other mail id ie. jira.admin@nixcelsoft.com.

Can u help me. So that can make the payment for 5 agents & can continue the activity.

Welcome to the community, have you checked your spam folder?

Is mail id - jira.admin@nixcelsoft.com connected with your site admin account? 

If you are site admin, you will need to contact Atlassian support
